Collins YG-7500 Radar Altimeter

This radalt was fitted to the Shorts SD-360 amongst other small turboprops.
It has four mouse-clickable areas; clicking on the "Push To Test" will set
the decision height bug up or down. To the right of the test knob are two
smaller areas "Set" and "Off".

If your aircraft is fitted with an autopilot then this feature can be used
as a Cat.II approach system. Hitting the "Set" marker will light a green LED
on the face of the YG-7500 indicating that the approach system is now active.
With the autopilot set for an approach using a Localiser, the YG-7500 will
monitor the approach right down to decision height. At this point the LED
will turn red, the YG-7500 will disconnect the autopilot and you must take
manual control of the aircraft again. You can switch off the monitoring system
at any time by clicking on the "Off" area.

in any panel or to any internet site but you must NEVER make money with it
in any form and this readme must ALWAYS be included, if only to explain the
approach function.
